TERMS OF USE OF STOCKGURU PRODUCTS
Effective from July 7, 2025. Version 1.0
Article 1. Definition and scope of application
1.1 Definition
- StockGuru/Service: AI product providing stock analysis information developed and provided by Fintech AI in cooperation with VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company ("VPBankS") to support integration and display to Users on VPBankS platform. StockGuru does not have the function of stock investment consulting of VPBankS/investment consulting of Fintech AI.
- User: Individual or organization that registers and uses StockGuru service.
- Account: Securities account opened at VPBankS by User to access NEO Invest platform and use services.
- General questions: User requests to StockGuru do not require the use of in-depth data and/or complex analytical algorithms.
- In-depth questions: User requests to StockGuru require the use of in-depth data and/or complex analytical algorithms.
- AI/Artificial Intelligence: Machine learning and natural language processing technology are used in StockGuru.
- Personal data: Information identifying and relating to individual users as prescribed by law.
- Content: Any information, data, text, images created or displayed in the service.
1.2 Scope of application
These Terms apply to all users who access and use the StockGuru service, including both free and paid information. Users' use of the StockGuru service means full acceptance of the contents of these Terms.
Article 2. Registration and account
2.1. Registration conditions
To use the service, Users need to:
- Have a valid securities account at VPBankS
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Have a valid email address and phone number
2.2. Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to:
- Secure user's VPBankS securities account login information and devices
- Do not share your account with others
- Be responsible for any damage caused by disclosing account information
- Immediate notification if unauthorized access is detected
- Update information when there is a change
Article 3. Service packages and payment
3.1 StockGuru Service Packages
- Free Package: initial registration free service package. Users are given in-depth questions a certain number of times and unlimited number of regular questions per month, depending on the policy at each time. Users can register to buy additional in-depth questions according to the price list of Fintech AI services announced at each time. The minimum number of in-depth consultations purchased each time is 5.
- Plus Package: service package with monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription fee. Users are allowed to ask in-depth questions a certain number of times and there is no limit to the number of regular questions per month, depending on the policy at each time. Users can register to buy additional in-depth questions according to the Fintech AI service price list announced at each time. The minimum number of in-depth consultations purchased each time is 5.
- Pro Package: service package with monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription fee. Users are allowed to ask in-depth questions a certain number of times and there is no limit to the number of regular questions per month, depending on the policy at each time. Users can register to buy additional in-depth questions according to the Fintech AI service price list announced at each time. The minimum number of in-depth consultations purchased each time is 5.
3.2 Service package billing cycle
- The payment cycle of the service package (also known as the service
package term) of StockGuru is as follows:
+ Free package: monthly.
+ Plus Package: monthly, quarterly, yearly.
+ Pro Package: monthly, quarterly, yearly. - The service package payment will not automatically renew. Users must actively renew the service package before it expires. Users will be notified when the service package is about to expire.
- If not renewed, the paid service package will expire and switch to the Free package.
3.3 Payment method
Users make payments for Fintech AI service packages through the payment gateway integrated on the application, including the following methods:
- Domestic cards: ATM, Debit Card of Vietnamese banks.
- International cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB.
- E-wallet: E-wallets are supported through payment gateways.
- QR payment code.
- Electronic wallet.
Depending on the business policy at the time, the above payment methods may change accordingly and will be updated on the payment interface of the NEO Invest platform.
3.4 Transaction processing
a. Select service package and payment
- Users choose the desired service package and cycle.
- Users are redirected to the payment gateway and proceed to enter payment information
b. Transaction processing
- Success: Service activated within 5 minutes.
- Failure: Display error message, allow retry
- Undetermined: System automatically updates status
c. Confirmation and activation
- Users receive payment confirmation via email.
- Service package is activated within 5 minutes
- Electronic invoices are sent in accordance with the law.
3.5. Mechanisms related to service packages
a. Cancel service package
- Users can cancel the service package they are using when their needs change. Users select "Cancel Package" on the application and confirm the cancellation. Once the package is canceled, users will continue to use the remaining consultations until the end of the package. After that, users will be transferred to the Free package or can proceed to purchase a new service package.
- Users will not be refunded for unused time of the old package.
b. Change service package
- Users can change service packages (for example from Plus - Quarterly package to Pro - Yearly package) when needed.
- Users need to cancel the current package before registering for a new package. Users will be able to register for a new package when they have used up all the in-depth consultations of the canceled package or when the canceled package expires.
3.6 Other policies related to package registration activities
- Price, payment cycle, number of regular questions, number of in-depth questions depend on Fintech AI's policy at the time and are clearly shown on the application for users to understand.
- The fee that the user has paid when registering for the service package will not be refunded, unless otherwise notified by Fintech AI to the User.
3.7. Examples of StockGuru service packages
Below is an example of the price list of StockGuru service packages according to different payment cycles (package terms). Depending on the policy at the time, the price and details of the service package will change and will be clearly shown on the application/website for users.

Article 4. User rights and obligations
4.1 User Rights
- Access and use services according to registered packages
- Get technical support and answer questions
- Protect personal information according to the law
- Complaints and requests for handling when there is a problem
- Cancel service package according to regulations
4.2 User Obligations
- Provide accurate information when registering and update when there are changes
- Pay service fees in full and on time
- Keep account information confidential and do not share it with others
- Use the service for the right purpose and comply with the law
- Cooperate in the complaint handling process
- Take responsibility for investment decisions
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free offers or services
- Share, sell or transfer your account to a third party
- Copy, distribute or commercially use StockGuru content
- Attempt to hack, sabotage or interfere with the system
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the service
- Posting harmful, spam or illegal content
- Impersonating or providing false information
- Collecting other users' information without permission
Violation of the above regulations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Article 5. Intellectual property rights
5.1 StockGuru's Ownership
All content, data provided, technology, algorithms, interfaces, brands, trademarks, logos, designs of StockGuru are intellectual property of VPBankS, Fintech AI and its legal licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
- Source code of interface and AI algorithm.
- Database, analytical modeling, design and backend algorithms.
- User interface design.
- StockGuru trademark and logo.
- Training materials and content.
5.2 User's rights of use
- Access and use the service for personal purposes
- Download and print analysis reports for personal use
- Share analysis results (with source StockGuru clearly stated) for reference purposes
- The content may NOT be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or used commercially without written permission.
5.3 User Generated Content
- Have ownership of the data and questions provided by users
- By using the service, the user allows Fintech AI and StockGuru to retain User-generated content, reuse this data to improve products and provide services and/or to demonstrate the provision of services to the User.
Article 6. Complaint handling and inquiry process
6.1 Receiving complaints and inquiries
When you have any questions or complaints, please contact us through the following official channels:
- Priority channel: Users go to the "Support" section on the application to contact VPBankS user care department.
- Other channels: contact directly the sales staff who is taking care of your account.
For fastest support, please provide the following information:
- Account holder's full name.
- Securities account number.
- Registered phone number or email.
- Describe the problem in detail (with pictures and videos if available).
- Time of incident.
6.2 Handling of complaints and queries
- Depending on the nature of the complaint/inquiry and the information provided by the user, we will proceed to classify the problem to have the most appropriate and quickest response possible.
- If the issue is complex, the complaint may be forwarded to the relevant technical or operational department for further processing. During this process, we may contact the User again to request additional information if necessary.
Article 7. Responsibilities of Fintech AI
7.1 Commitment to Fintech AI's obligations
a. Commitment to product quality and features
- We are committed to providing a quality, professionally built product that delivers on core features as advertised.
- AI Chatbot (StockGuru): Provides natural language understanding to answer in-depth questions related to the stock market, as well as provide market information such as stock prices and relevant financial indicators.
- Fintech AI commits to make the best effort to ensure system continuity, except in cases of force majeure or prior notice to VPBankS/users (for example: system maintenance, upgrade, etc.).
b. Commitment to technical support and complaint handling:
- Fintech AI is the unit responsible for handling and resolving User inquiries and complaints related to StockGuru Products, through information provided by VPBankS.
- We are committed to performing maintenance, bug fixes and technical support to ensure the stability of the Product. Errors and defects that are part of the development process of Fintech AI will be responsible for fixing.
c. Commitment to information security and personal data
- We are committed to absolute confidentiality of all Confidential Information and Personal Data of Users that we access during the process of providing services.
- The collection, storage and use of your Personal Data strictly comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law and internal regulations of Fintech AI from time to time.
- We commit not to install any malicious code, virus, or component that may harm the User's system or data.
d. Commitment to product legality
- We warrant that the StockGuru Product does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Client shall be exempted from any liability in connection with intellectual property disputes for the scope of work performed by Fintech AI.
7.2 Limitation of liability of Fintech AI
a. Scope of service provision:
- StockGuru product is provided by Fintech AI to Users within the framework and term of strategic cooperation with VPBankS.
- In case the cooperation contract between Fintech AI and VPBankS is terminated, the continued provision of services to registered Users will be negotiated and agreed upon in writing by both parties. We will notify Users in detail if there are any changes affecting the use of the service.
b. Information reference purposes:
- StockGuru product is a set of artificial intelligence application tools to provide information, analysis and support Users in the investment process;
- All information, analysis, comments or investment signals provided by StockGuru are for reference only and do not guarantee investment efficiency. The comments/investment signals provided may be inaccurate or misleading. The User is the one who makes the final decision on using the information provided by StockGuru for any purpose and the User is fully responsible for investment decisions, holding any securities in his/her securities account as well as any risks that may arise.
c. Product updates and changes
- In order to continuously improve, Fintech AI reserves the right to make updates, changes related to the language model, user interface or operating parameters of the Product. These changes are aimed at improving user experience and service quality.
d. Limit of compensation
In case of needing to compensate users due to breach of commitment on Fintech AI's obligations, Fintech AI will compensate by extending the service, adding additional questions or upgrading the package according to FintechAI's decision and notified to the user.
Cases of exemption from compensation from Fintech AI:
- Incidents due to user error (providing incorrect information, violating terms of service, etc.).
- Damages due to personal investment decisions.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, wars, epidemics,...).
- Violation of the law by the user.
- Use the information provided by StockGuru for any illegal purpose or in violation of the provisions of these Terms of Service.
e. User obligations
To ensure the rights are protected under this clause, users are obliged to:
- Provide accurate information when registering and using the service.
- Report incidents promptly and fully through the above receiving channels (within 7 days of discovery).
- Comply with the instructions for use and do not abuse the service.
- Cooperate in the investigation and handling of complaints.
ACCEPT TERMS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF AND CREATES A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT FOR THE USER.
By clicking the "Agree" button or continuing to use the Service, the User acknowledges that:
- Have read, understood and agreed to comply with all StockGuru product Terms of Use as well as any other amendments and supplements decided and announced by Fintech AI from time to time.
- Understand service packages, payment process and non-refundable policy.
- Accept and comply with the complaint/query handling process.
- Acknowledge the limitation of liability of Fintech AI.
- Agree to the obligation to provide information as required by law/competent state agencies.
- Agree that Fintech AI has the right to modify, supplement, change and terminate the StockGuru Product Terms of Use at any time, the User's continued use of StockGuru after the changes come into effect means that the User accepts and commits to comply with such changes. The latest updated version of the StockGuru Product Terms of Use will be posted on the StockGuru platform.

The StockGuru service only provides information related to the stock market, and is not investment advice or stock investment consulting services. All investment decisions are the personal responsibility of the User. Investment results may increase or decrease depending on the actual market developments.
